Our client needed a website for their end users to be able to order customized caps online.
The customization portion of the website needed photos, with realistic options of fabric, color, stitching and logos.
The client wanted a flow-based design where user (website customer) is supposed to follow a series of steps to complete cap customization and ordering.
The client also wanted to give the user the option of customizing the logos and different areas within logos. The main focus was on integration with SAP, while being able to limit the features available to end users.
Element Blue leveraged Flex 4.5 and Adobe Flash to build a very responsive, realistic cap customization solution, with naturalistic photos.
The intuitive user interface guides the user through a series of steps of customization to complete the cap ordering process.
Integrated SAP with a custom web service that abstracts the details of SAP, while providing the required functionality to the front end.
High performance website available for the customers (users) of our client; which allows them to choose a range of colors for fabric, stitch, and logos.
The website became a very popular site for users, who primarily wanted to order their own custom made MLB caps.
The website increased the customer feedback and following statistics on Facebook.
